Ordering
- You will be required to log in or register before completing your order.
- Your on line order arrives via our secure server. We assure you that your information is kept private at the store and is only accessible to the staff members handling your order. We will not sell, rent, or give away your name or contact information to anyone.
- We accept MasterCard, VISA, & Discover. We do not accept American Express at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Your order will be shipped in 3 to 7 business days and be confirmed via e-mail if you provide it.
- We ship most packages via USPS Priority Mail or UPS in the Continental United States. Note: UPS does not have access to P.O. Boxes. If you use a P.O. Box address for a UPS shipment, you will receive a post card from UPS asking for your street address.
- Shipping & Handling Charges: There will be a $5.00 minium handling charge for handling in addition to the shipping and total order charges. You will be charged actual shipping fees for your order. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of order.
Sales Policy: Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we stand behind what we sell. If you are not satisfied, you may return any item. We simply ask that you be mindful that we're a small retail store, and large amounts of returns are difficult for us to manage. If you would like to return an item, please use the following guidelines:
- We check all items to be certain they are in good condition before shipping.
- If you receive a damaged item, please save the package, packing materials, and the damaged merchandise. Contact us immediately. If a box is delivered with visible damage, please note that when signing for the package.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Send the item back:
- with a copy of your receipt
- with the original packing
- and with instructions as to whether you would like to exchange the item or receive your money back. If you would like to exchange an item, we will pay the return shipping. We do not refund the original shipping cost or the cost to return the item (s).

- All items must be returned in original sellable condition. Items not returned as such will be subject to possible rejection.
- There is a $5.00 restocking fee applied to all returns, a 10% restocking fee for returns over $50.00.
- Postage and handling charges are not refundable for returns.
